AcuStim Stress Therapy (AST) has 3 Steps to Stress Relief:


1. First, your Stress Profile which is based on our AcuStim Assessment Questionnaire.


Your Stress Profile indicates


  • the Stress Symptoms you experience, 
  • the Origins or Causes of your stress symptoms, if they can be determined, e.g., exposures, events, people, things, etc.
  • the Timing: when your stress symptoms arise, for example: morning, afternoon, evening, etc.
  • the Intensity of your stress symptoms; 
  • the Triggers, or the things, experiences or situations that set off your stress symptoms.  

2. Second, your AcuStim Therapy Plan is created to address each of your Stress Symptom and (if possible), its underlying cause or origin. Your AcuStim Therapy Plan provides the AcuStim Therapy Protocol (the Frequencies and Timings) for each of your Stress Symptoms.  


3. Third, to achieve AcuStim independence, an AcuStim Therapist teaches you how to operate and use your AcuStim Stress Therapy system.   


If at any time you need assistance or simply have any questions or concerns, OR if your symptoms change (frequency, intensity or type of symptoms), your AcuStim Therapist will be available to guide and assist you as you learn to vanquish stress the AcuStim way – by stimulating and re-awakening your body’s own natural Stress Recovery and Repair System.
